All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped Monday - Friday (excluding U.S. holidays) via USPS. To keep costs down while making it simple and easy for customers, insurance is not included in Standard or Free Shipping options unless requested for an additional cost. DLK is not responsible for lost packages by any means.
*Any package(s) that is refused, not acknowledged, considered "unclaimed" by the customer or are otherwise returned due to reasons that DLK | Design Life Kids, LLC is not at fault for, will NOT be refunded by DLK by any means.
Customers are responsible for all taxes (including use tax in PA), duties or fees charged for orders.
Orders including pre-ordered or back ordered items will ship once all items are available.
Please note that some larger items such as furniture, decor, toys, bikes and other items may ship in their original packaging and contain an image of the item on the exterior.
PREORDERS | BACK ORDERED ITEMS
Orders containing items marked as preorder or back ordered will ship once all items are available and instock. If you wish for a speedier delivery, we recommend placing a separate order for those items you wish to receive sooner.
Non-apparel, sale items, promotional code purchases, swimwear, toys and decor are all FINAL SALE and may not be returned or refunded. All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of merchandise and credited back using your original form of payment.
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with ALL tags and packaging intact. All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Design Life Kids, LLC and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
FAULTY ITEMS: If you receive any defective items (Sorry!), please contact DLK within 2 business days of receiving your order. Once inspected and approved by DLK, items will be replaced and only refunded if a replacement is unavailable.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS / CUSTOMS & DUTIES:
Customers are responsible for all import taxes, duty or other customs fees for their order. Shipments may be held by a country's customs department for a long period of time and items may be restricted due to each country's policy. Please note that DLK is not responsible for such situations and refunds will NOT be applied. We suggest you contact your local customs department to inquire about such details. Any packages that are refused or not acknowledged by the customer will not be refunded by DLK by any means.
COUPONS & PROMO CODES:
Discount codes must be used at the time of purchase and can not be applied to previous orders. Orders made with promotional codes are FINAL SALE. NO exceptions.
Customers outside of Pennsylvania do not pay sales tax, however a 6% sales tax applies to all PA residents. Customers outside of PA are responsible for taxes on merchandise shipped to them.
Majority of the clothing designs carried on DLK are screen printed and may wear over time. Each design is lovingly created and may differ in exact placement, making every garment unique. Unless noted otherwise in the product description, we suggest the following:
*Machine wash inside-out on gentle cycle and preferably line dry or tumble dry on low.
