Shipping & Return Information
On average, orders are processed same day, however please allow 1-3 business days and shipped Monday - Friday (excluding U.S. holidays) via USPS/Fedex/UPS. Delays due to natural causes such as inclement weather (snow, rain, natural disasters) are uncontrollable and not the responsibility of the company. We will always do our best to ship as promptly as possible without putting employees in harm's way.
Shipping times are considered an estimate under normal – semi normal circumstances, typically 2 – 5 days for First Class and Priority Mail. USPS has advised that it is not uncommon for these shipping times to experience delays and be extended to 7–14 days as we navigate through the COVID-19 outbreak and the increased volume of packages being sent this holiday season.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING:
Orders shipped outside of the USA may be charged VAT, customs, duties and other fees, based upon the country each order is being delivered to. Please note that Design Life Kids, LLC has no control nor responsibility for such fees. Packages returned for non-payment will not be reimbursed. Unfortunately DLK is not provided such information in advance.
UNITED STATES SHIPPING:

For guaranteed overnight and express deliveries, orders must be placed before 11pm EST and the appropriate shipping method (FedEx or UPS NextDayAir) must be selected.
PriorityMail is NOT a guaranteed delivery service, it is considered and expected time frame. The USPS does not make a guarantee for time on this service. Only Express shipping options are considered guaranteed delivery time frames.
Please note that DLK is not responsible for shipment delays due to weather or shipping company issues. Return shipments due to delivery errors are not the responsibility of Design Life Kids and shipping costs will not be refunded.
Orders are shipped using the appropriate selected shipping method or may be upgraded as a courtesy if an adequate option is available.
*Any package(s) that is lost, refused, not acknowledged, considered "unclaimed" by the customer or are otherwise returned due to reasons that Design Life Kids, LLC is not at fault for, will NOT be refunded by any means.
Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and location.
Customers are responsible for all taxes (including use tax in PA), duties or fees charged for orders.
WAREHOUSE PICKUP
Warehouse pickup orders are typically available next business day. Because this method is requested on behalf of the customer at checkout, shipping costs are not collected. DLK is not responsible or obligated to confirm the address to determine proximity.

SHIPPING PROTECTION:
We want nothing more than for you to feel confident and secure that your package is protected on your terms... beyond the standard shipping carrier protection allotted for the selected shipping method. Shipping Protection can be added at checkout for a small fee and provides peace of mind that potentially lost, damaged, or stolen items and issues that arise will be resolved quickly and efficiently. Please note that should something unfortunately happen to your package without this coverage selected, a shipping carrier claim will be processed and may take upward of one month for resolution.
All returns must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Simply create and/or log into your account and submit a request. Once approved, a confirmation email with further instructions will be sent. Unapproved returns are not the responsibility of DLK and will not be returned, refunded, or accepted.
**Footwear, swimwear, furniture, wallpaper, rugs and outlet / final sale items and purchases made with certain discount codes are all FINAL SALE and may not be returned, exchanged or refunded. Items noted as Final Sale in the description may not be returned.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. A return label can be provided and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. This cost is unknown until shipping and your item has been received.
All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of merchandise and credited back using the original form of payment.
Orders made using any Gift Card / Store Credits will be refunded a new code for the amount originally used and then remaining refund(s) will be issued to the credit card (or other) account use.
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with ALL tags and packaging intact. All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Design Life Kids, LLC
FAULTY ITEMS: If you receive any defective items, please contact DLK immediately. Customers may be asked to send a photograph of damage in order to resolve the issue as fast as possible. Once inspected and approved by DLK, items will be replaced and only refunded if a replacement is unavailable.
FURNITURE ORDERS:
Shipment issues and concerns are handled at the policies provided by each manufacturers and or brands and no exception can be made at this time. If a shipment(s) is received damaged, a replacement(s) will be sent to rectify the situation unless otherwise stated by the specific company.
