It's a perfectly curated box of children's clothing (10 piece min) that has been selected from boutiques around the world and then sent to your home. Each season they hand pick new pieces to keep our little ones in style. You can select specific items or let a stylist do the work and build a box for you. Either way you can guarantee it'll be awesome and delivered to your doorstep!
PanacheBox sent over a sample box for Maya + Senna to try out. The box it came in was cool, each piece was carefully wrapped and inside were beautiful, high quality garments. It was so exciting for all of us! The girls had so much fun unwrapping the different little "presents" and chose a few of they'd like to wear to the petitePARADE fashion show coming up (yay!) Stay tuned for pictures of the girls at the show on Instagram/Facebook and a detailed post after the show!
In the meantime stop by their site and use promo code "DLK20" for 20% a fall box until the end of October and scroll below for my interview with the founders Bre + Sharim...
Q: Who is behind PanacheBox and how did it come to be?
A: We are two women, Bre Vader and Sharim Afnan, longtime friends who were inspired to make the lives of busy parents simpler by providing a service. PanacheBox was born out of our shared interest and love of beautiful things - we decided that we could bring some beauty into parents lives in a really streamlined way, and PanacheBox was born!
Q: Do you involve your kids at all? (modeling, choosing items, etc...)
A: Our kids are great sounding boards. Like most kids, they have no problem giving us their very honest opinion about the feel of look of every PanacheBox piece. Between us we have 4 boys and 1 girl ranging in age from 18 months to 9 years! They do make appearances most often on our Instagram.
Q: Do you have any tips for other mothers who are interested in starting their own business?
A: Find something you love to do, and set out to do it really, really well. Every decision that we've made has been consulted upon and made with much love. We keep in mind our roles as moms, and place a lot of weight on our family's wellbeing, as well as our company's. We wouldn't enjoy it so much otherwise!
Q: How do you select the brands and pieces that are available in each PanacheBox?
A: PanacheBox made a conscious decision to choose well made, beautiful brands from around the world to include in our Boxes. It condenses our market a bit, but we know that by choosing these pieces, we are offering our clients lovely things that will last and be passed down. In a world of throw away fashion, we know that there is value in offering quality, beautiful pieces. Our brand partners are phenomenal - we always look for timeless beauty, sophistication and a certain level of flair.
Q: What keeps you motivated? Music, Fashion, Food, Art, Love...
A: We love music, and we both love to eat! We travel to New York several times a year to meet with our brand partners, make picks and form new relationships - we take advantage of this time to relax, unwind, and eat amazing food! In addition, our husbands are both incredible enthusiasts for PanacheBox, encouraging us and celebrating our successes. We certainly are grateful for that.
A: Our styles mesh well and add dimension to our PanacheBoxes, with Sharim favoring a more European chic vibe (bow ties and popped collars) and Bre bringing in some hipster flair (beanies and high tops). It all comes together in our beautiful Boxes!
Q: What can we expect to see in the next season for PanacheBox?
A: Winter is such a BEAUTIFUL season! We were just talking about how soon is too soon to launch, because we are so excited to share our beautiful picks! We have an abundance of very high end pieces, perfect for holiday party hopping, and warm, comfy basics to blend into each child's existing wardrobe. We are so excited- Winter should be ready for picking and buying around the second week of November.
Q: What is one thing readers would be surprised to know about you/PanacheBox?
A: We don't work with mean people! Before launching PanacheBox, we made a company policy to simply not do business with people who would bring us down. Life is too short! The designers we work with are kindhearted people with a love of kids and fashion.
